This is ridiculous. These regulatory boards are overreaching. Very inappropriate but I fail to see how his conduct, directed at a computer screen, would “diminish the trust and confidence which the public places in him”. Utter nonsense. Sad that he left the bar as a result of this busy body overreach by the regulator.
