Structure is key and what is most helpful is to have bullet points on answers about why working at a certain firm and the skills you have drawn from past experiences. In addition, what I think could help is to tell your answer to a friend or family member so that you are more comfortable talking about it. I would also prepare a couple of bullet points on the question “tell me about a recent story you have read” as this could also come up.
