Interesting read.
Creating a pseudo-code to address some
of the privacy issues or a programming logic that allows the implementation of embedding legal concepts into the user interface could be a good starting point. It’s what is called as “nudging” or “smart disclosures”
EU is already supporting such proposals under the OPTIMIS (Optimized Infrastructure Services) project.

Interesting topic, but with so many words given to ancient Greek fraudsters, a simple definition of what a smart contract actually is would have been welcome.
